Our Covid-19 Response
With the current situation at large, we have decided to confront some major concerns. We want to announce some possibilities of our operation over the upcoming weeks. We are determined to service all of you for the time being. That being said, external issues can arise causing delays in order processing. Due to that current concern, we are extending our return policy to 90 days after an order is placed with generous exceptions coming from complications.
The support team at We're Faithful will always be ready to respond during our open office hours too. We have put protocols into place for the well-being of our support staff so they may better serve you.

As we are not medical professionals, we will not be giving medical advice on the matter. But, the following is a list of sources to better educate yourself on the matter.

An additional note, we do everything we can to ensure the cleanliness of our packaging and products when they are shipped from the facility, but we cannot guarantee anything outside our facility. The virus has shown, from some sources, to not last very long on cardboard and plastic packaging. We cannot guarantee any of the information, so here are some tips to consider when handling your items.
- Immediately disinfect the packaging with FDA approved disinfectants or a solution that consists of 60% alcohol or more.
- Wash your hands thoroughly.
- Additionally, you may throw the clothing item in the wash if you are unsure about contamination.
